Another option for you if you want the start up screen to be user specific would be to create a new Tab Group / Role, for example Sales Group and then arrange the Tabs so that Sales Center is the first Tab on top. Then you can go to Tabs and move the Activities Tab Link to the top of the Sales Center Tab. Once this is completed, you then edit the User's preference and in step 2 you choose Sales Group as the Tab Group / Role that User sees when they sign in.

Hi Laura,

One of the easiest way to accomplish this without too many actions is to add an action to the OnScreenLoad event to Go to a Tab Link for the default start up screen. Most likely the default start up screen is the 'Welcome' screen, provided you haven't changed it. You then specify which Tab Link you would like to load . The Activities tab link under Sales Center has a default filter that displays all active Activities on or before today.
One point of caution with this solution is that whenever you first load or refresh the Welcome screen it would direct you to the Activities screen. Of course there are more advance means of accomplishing this, let me know if this works for you.

I would prefer that when I log into Method I am immediately taken to the Activities tab where I can see my current activities as of today or older. How can I accomplish this?
