That's awesome that it works now, thanks for letting me know. We've updated the code to accommodate for "/" in the report name and that should be pushed out with the next updates. Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it!

Hi Phillip,

We've taken a closer look at this and a possible reason for this happening could be because the report name has a ‘/’ so the code is looking for a directory which it can’t find. For now try going to the QuickBooks tab > Scheduled Reports, just edit the name A/R to A-R and let me know if that works.

Other reports work just fine. P&L standard and Balance sheet standard both work fine. It may be in the report settings.

In trying to think like the software :) it seems as if the report is not generating and that is why there is no link available. That leads me to believe there is something wrong with the report settings.Can you walk me through your setting page over the phone real quick? Not sure what you guys can and can't do. I just think that might be where the problem lies.

Hi Phillip,

Have you tried maybe running a different report and see if that works? I am just trying to see if it is something with that specific one or if it is occurring for all reports. I'll wait to hear back from you.

no change. I get the report info down at the bottom but no report link. I have a screen print of what I see in the bottom section. If that would help I can email it to you.

Hi Phillip,

I just ran a report on my side and I was able to see the html link. A couple of things to check; under the Reports tab link in the Home tab make sure the "View / Edit QuickBooks Reports" section is set to 'Show' and not to 'Hide', this can be viewed on the far right side of the page. Also perform a change only sync by right clicking on the Method Engine (the little M in the system tray) and clicking on Synchronize - Changes-only. Once this is completed then go to the Reports section and try to view the report once again. Please let me know if this works.

I must be missing something in the report config. I have a demo this afternoon and need the report to function. The report is saved in the scheduled reports and shows at the top of the home/reports screen under existing reports. It synch's back up fine and shows as if there is a live report available.

However, when I select it, there is no internet explorer link to allow me to show the report. I was able to get P&L reports to display properly but this one will not. When I run the report in QB, I get one invoice 90 days past due. So the data is there. I have QB synching back 180 days to capture the invoice and it shows under the customer invoice section.

Also Qb has a statement of Cash Flows report that I don't see in the scheduled report menu. Do we have the ability to add new or custom reports to the scheduled reports screen?

Help please!! :)
