&lt;p&gt;If you customize a date picker object and make it not show the time it will default to 12:00. One thing I am looking into as well is that in a grid it is possible to only display the date instead of the date and time but it looks like it still sorts with the time even though it is not displayed. I am going to put in a ticket for this to confirm how the sort should work in situation when the time is not visible.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The reason this probably isn&amp;#39;t sorting the way you want it to is because of the DueDateStart for the Activities. The activities would all have to be for the same time (12:00PM as an example)&amp;nbsp;for the second sorting to work.&lt;/p&gt;
