Activities and opportunities should still remain in Method, as for transactions they will show up in conflicts, with the ablitiy to UN-Delete them and get them back into QB (This process doesn't alway work but Method tries to add the transaction back in).

Activities, opportunities, etc. was my main concern . . . although I would be interested to know what will happen to QB transactions that are in Method, but not in QB.

What non-qb data are you referring to? Is it custom fields added to existing QB transactions or data like Activities, Opportunities Campagins?

QB Restore and Method

We had a failure of the computer that held our QB company file. We restored from backup but lost one day's worth of QB data. So we worked in QB on 12/9, but restored a backup from 12/8.

So Method was syncing on 12/9, but now when we restored QB the 2 will be out of sync by one day. What do I need to do with Method to make it in sync again with QB without losing any non-QB data in Method?
