&lt;p&gt;From the looks of it, it looks like the payment was associated to an invoice that you had deleted. I am still looking into this further but what I did was edited the payment in Recieve Payment screen and remove it from pointing to the incorrect invoice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just tested this and was unable to duplicate it. Does the balance show up incorrectly in both QB and QBO? Can you enable MethodSupport and email me your account name and I will take a look.&lt;/p&gt;
