One of the webservers was not playing nice, however, you shouldnt see the likes of it again.

I should be able to help you out with this issue.

Can you PM me the link you are using and let me know which browser?

Thanks,

When I use this call, I am now very often prompted to re-enter my username and password when I first go to the link that is provided even though I am currently signed in to the account.

Also, the link is opening the correct tab and tab link, but is not pulling up the RecordID that I supplied in the call.

Both of these issues appear to have started after the switch to the link.methodintgration URLs as I haven't made any other changes to that part of the code on my end.

Thanks

Re: GetScreenURLV2

Victor,

Works like a charm now, thank you very much.

Re: GetScreenURLV2

Matt,
This was our internal application problem, where URL that was created by MethodAPIGetScreenURLV2 had amp; instead of & which was not being interpreted properly. Now it is fixed and you should not be receiving these errors anymore.
Thank you

When I go to the link that is returned, the screen is very basic looking, there is no color, I can't select any of the tab links and there is no record selected. I was able to use this call successfully a week or 2 ago, not sure why it is doing this now. Any ideas?

Also, I tried using the call when I wasn't logged into the account. The API2 documentation says that I should receive an error if I am not already logged into the account, but the result shows success. This isn't really a problem, in fact I think I like it better not having to be logged into the account. Did you change it so that being logged in is no longer a requirement?
