hi,

While you wouldn't be able to use your payment gateway directly with Method screens, you will be able to do the following:

Use Method API to get data from Method into your application
In your application, communicate with Payment Gateway API providing it received data in step 1.
Update Method with new data using MethodAPI, using data received in step 2.

Hi Wayne,

You never answered the second half of your original post, and I have the same question. I want to link to a different payment gateway than your options. I understand that it is down on your priority list for now, but is it possible for us to modify the Method API to do this? I have a programmer and the API info from the alternate payment gateway.

Hi again. I'm just relaying some info I received:

PSIGate accepts both USD and CAD.

A Canadian company can have both types of accounts with PSIGate.

They deposit PSIGate USD into a USD account at a bank located in Canada, and they can deposit PSIGate CAD into a CAD account at the same bank.

I'm posting this on behalf of a Canadian user who accepts payments in USD. The problem is they do not have a US bank, and so cannot use our listed Payment Gateways.

1) (secondary question) Are there any plans to resolve this particular scenario in the future?

2) is it possible to workaround this by somehow using the Method API to tie in with payment gateway API's like Moneris for example?
