Hi Dave

When I orginally wrote this post I was invoking directly through the link. However, we are developing a new website that amongst other things allows someone to signup for a new method account that LaCrews manages. So, we are now calling service from within our code. We are still getting the same error but the account is being created.

Since it doesn't look like this causes a problem with the new account, for the time being, we'll capture both the error 23 and success as properly having created the new account.

It would be great if you can post back here when the fix is done then we can adjust our code accordingly.

Are you invoking the method directly from https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/Service.asmx?op=MethodAPICreateMethodAccountV3? This does cause error 23 you are seeing. We are investigating this and will be fixing this soon.

In this case this error comes with good news and bad. The good news is no information is lost. The bad news is the first time the account is signed into, it will take longer than normal. Why does it take longer than normal? We need to do the processing that was halted when error 23 was created.

Just used this call to create an account. The account created as expected. However, the response said there was an error creating the database. I believe it said Error 23.
