I didn&rsquo;t see any mention of this situation in the forum/instructions</i><br /><br /><b>Answer:</b><br /><br />We have created a new Method account for each of you to sync with a different QB company file while testing. There is no need to reinstall the engine. The steps I suggest are:<br /><br />1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create a copy of your current QB file with a different name to identify it for testing.<br />2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Make sure the newly created QB file is open.<br />3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the Method Engine with the new Method account, ID and password.<br />4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Complete the initial sync.<br /><br />Your Professional Services Beta account should now be synced with your new QB company file for testing.</p>
