I’ve identified the offender...it was one bad action out of the list. This has been addressed on my end and will be in the next Pro Service update. I’ll be sure to post back letting you know when that’s out.

I have had this issue in method for over 6 months. It saves it, sends the email but it will say 0 sent. I would say out of 20 estimates that i send one of those 20 i will get that message. A few times never got a message. This was method wise.

Save and Email on standard Pro Services Invoice Screen does not work

The Save and Email button on the standard Pro Services Invoice screen does not work. The email notification shows at the top of the screen and indicates 0 emails sent. I go straight to Customer Center-Invoice, select the invoice and Save and Email and it emails fine.
