Method Outlook Icons?

The following question came in via email:

The directions refer to 'setup' twice, the first time refers to the zipped file, the second time to an outlook icon. The blog question is where it the second reference in outlook: where is this outlook - 'setup' button on the toolbar?

Double-click on Setup.exe.
Go through the installation program.
Open Outlook again.
Once Outlook is open, click the "Setup" button in your toolbar and fill in your Method account information.

Hi,

Once the installation is complete you should see additional Method Icons in Outlook for our plug-in on the Outlook toolbar. If you do not see these icons, to confirm they are visible in outlook follow the general steps below:

1. In Outlook click View.
2. Select Toolbars.
3. You should see ‘OutlookMethodSync’ in this list.
4. Ensure there is a checkmark beside 'OutlookMethodSync’.

If you do not see ‘OutlookMethodSync’ in the list above follow the steps below:

1. In Outlook click Tools.
2. Select Trust Center…
3. On the left panel select Add-ins.
4. Ensure 'OutlookMethodSync’ appears in the Active Application Add-ins section.

If you have 'OutlookMethodSync’ listed under Disabled application add-ons.

1. From the Manage dropdown list near the bottom select Disabled Items.
2. Click the Go… button.
3. From the list select the OutlookMethodSync and click Enable.
4. Restart Outlook.

You should see the new additional icons and have the option to click ‘Setup…’.
