&lt;p&gt;Technically you can include the &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;AssignedToField&lt;span id="mce_2_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; from the &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Activity&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; table in your web form but this would not be recommended as the lead who&amp;#39;s submitting their information would need to select from a list of your Method user names. This is a potential security concern, also&amp;nbsp;the lead may not know what this field means/is used for.&lt;/p&gt;
