&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;line-height:0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;I have a question regarding the capabilities of the Gmail gadget. &amp;nbsp;I have an internal email (with another employee) regarding a customer. &amp;nbsp;I would like to track the email to the customer in Method. &amp;nbsp;Is there a way to do that without permanently associating the employee with the Customer in Method?&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;line-height:0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;line-height:0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;line-height:0px;"&gt;To add an internal email as an activity for a customer you simply need to search for the customer then add the activity. &amp;nbsp;With the email you&amp;#39;d like to add open, click search to find the customer you want to add this email to. &amp;nbsp;Once you find the customer click their name to make it the active record for the gadget. &amp;nbsp;Next click Add Activity and add some comments then click save. &amp;nbsp;This will add the email you have open as an activity to the customer record.&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;line-height:0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
