In my profile it shows this:

You have not signed in using your Google Apps account. Sign in:

This google apps link does not do anything - should it allow me to sign in?

Hello,

The best thing to do is give us a call on the support line. The number is 1-888-925-6238 x2. We can take a look at the issue and resolve it. It's hard to diagnose without taking a look.

If I were going to diagnosis it, I would check the Google Gadget settings in My Profile. You can find these settings if you hover over your user name in the top right. In the settings, the gadget should look like it is connected. The dropbox 'Enable the Gmail Gadget' should be checked. It could be a number of things, so give us a call.

Hello Team. I am new to Method but already love the gadget. I have been adding new leads as I receive emails but these new leads are not showing up in Method. Any help?
