&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt;If the data was inputed on a customization screen or a default screen it goes to Google in the same format.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_4_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; As you can probably see, you get a separate Method calendar in your Google calendar.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Also, each Method user has their own calendar and activities are only assigned to one Method user.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; I took a look at the share permissions in Google&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_5_start"&gt; calendar&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; It looks like any email in your&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_14_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; custom domain&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_15_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_3_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_16_start"&gt;, if you have one,&lt;/span&gt; can have full &lt;/span&gt;permissions &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(eg. g.bilous@method.me is in th&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_23_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;e &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_10_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;method.me domain)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; but anything outside of the domain can only have &amp;#39;See only free/busy&amp;#39; permissions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_18_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; The portal is the only way you can have non-Method users access Method information.&amp;nbsp; The non-users would have to be somewhere in your system so you can have them register for a &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_22_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_24_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&amp;amp;article=Setup-your-Portal&amp;amp;id=81"&gt;portal&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_22_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_24_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_28_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_21_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
