We use the field &quot;SalesReceipt.TxnDate<span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;">&quot; in the letter. When the letter prints, it pulls the date and time plus it prints the date as D<span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;">ay</span>&nbsp;Month Y<span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;">ear</span>. For example, a donation received on 12/07/22 prints as 07 December 2022 12:00 PM. In the Sales Receipt Table, the Txn Date data field is locked for editing since it is a QuickBooks data field.
