You can try, setting the Grouping Interval to Month and changing the Value Format to "d" -

That worked, but it turned out I wanted to filter out two different IncomeAccounts and also filter out any empty fields, so I created a grid and set up different filters becaue I couldn't see a way to filter out two negatives. Another question -- If I group the data in my pivot grid by month based on the transaction date, only the month shows in the date field, if I change the formatting to MM-dd, it groups by that. Is there a way to both group by month and show the actual date?

Hey,

On the Generate Report action filter the IncomeAccount you do not want displayed.

Give that a try and let me know if it works for you.

Question about filtering Pivot Grid

I have a Pivot Grid set up for the InvoiceLine table showing the IncomeAccount as the row header. Everything is set up how I want, but I would like to filter out one of the IncomeAccounts so it nevr shows. Is there a way to do this?
