&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;We are having trouble getting the &amp;quot;Receive Payments&amp;quot; screen to work properly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;When we try to accept a payment through Method, rather than the credit card fields that were shown for the first day after set up, we get a single box for &amp;quot;Card Verificiation Code&amp;quot; and no other fields (see below)&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;We have&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Method setup with the integration engine properly running for our desktop version of QB Enterprise&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt;.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; I was able to successfully sync just a few moments ago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;We have established (another) new connection ticket for Method with our QB Payments account&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are able to connect to merchant services via our QB desktop&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Allowing our sales staff to accept CC payments was one of the main reasons we&amp;#39;re considering switching and this is very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
