That sounds like a great idea. You can modify the notification email, which will remove them from receiving any of the test emails but still allow them to login.

-- Morty

Testing

Hi!

I'd like to take over one of my users accounts to do some testing. We're revising our sales process, and I need to see how to make appropriate changes within Method to accommodate that.

But, I don't want to add a new user and I want to be able to see any reminders/emails that would be generated by stepping through the process.

If I temporarily change the Notification email for this user, does that mean I can redirect their emails - even though I can't change their "Sign In Email"? I don't want them to have to deal with the test emails, but I don't want to add a new user just for this purpose.

Thanks,
