Hi There,
I cant think of any reason why this would be happening, but I did have a few more follow up questions for you to get a bit more context here?
First, how are you calculating a break? Are you pausing the Timer and Starting again after the break is complete?
When you say you are changing the Duration in the table, are you changing ...

Hi,
we actually upload out time entries through MethodAPI and we enter info into the TimeTracking table: TimeStart, TimeEnd and BreakInMinutes. We then calculate the difference between end and start and subtract the break time to find out the duration. It all works fine until we sync with Quickbooks.
When trying to fix the issue, we Update the ...

Hello Antonio,
The sync engine can appear to go through tables fine but timeout or error out. It then will not update the sync date and time on the Synchronize page. Is there an error in the Method Integration Engine (MIE)? Do you have sync conflicts in your Resolve Conflicts list? Send an ...

Hi Val.
The issue is indeed isolated to a particular custom screen. This one is a pop-up which prompts the user to add one or more invoice lines to the invoice. If QB is running on a computer that does not have the Method ...

I had the same thing yesterday and found a solution. I changed the incremental sync timing from 15 minutes to 20 minutes, saved my settings, waited 30 seconds then set my sync timing back to 15 minutes and saved my settings. Soon there after the incremental sync time stamp started updating. Hope that helps.

Issue #1 - The browser should have nothing to do with the sync - providing the sync *starts* everything after that is browser-independant.
Issue #2 - I'm assuming you have QuickBooks Online (rather than desktop) since you have a sync icon, correct? If so, the sync icon does only initiate a changes-only sync. But that's ...

Hi Haiden,
I'm going to try to aswer each of your questions individually.
"How does this get impacted if there are multiple QuickBooks files beginning used with separate Method accounts for each?"
You can have multiple QB files installed on the same computer. The sync engine will launch for the right account when the ...
