We setup an employee in QB and then setup a user in Method. But now when we try to link the Method user to the QB employee, the employee name does not show up in the list ... and it's been weeks since we added both so we know it's not just a sync delay problem.
Also, if we try to assign this user to an invoice, the reps ...

When we win an opportunity and update this to convert the lead to a customer, we receive the following error:

Thanks, but I'm surprised you don't know your own product a little better. The best way to do this was by using the List Builder (found after searching). I was able to filter by customer type and export as an Excel file right from there.

I'm wanting to export a list of all customers that have been assigned a certain "customer type". Is this possible with Method and if so, how would I go about that?

Our QB license number changed, but that does not necessarily mean the other ID's changed?

I am in the process of upgrading our QuickBooks from v. 11 to v. 12 (2012 Enterprise Edition). How does the Method sync fit into that process? i.e. What do I need to do to make sure the Method sync works with v. 12 and doesn't lose data?
