Um, what happens if I figured out how to do the deletion before you replied and I DID delete the one that came with Method? Possibly my Outlook appointments won't sync up correctly? And how do I fix it now?
Never mind. After a couple hours of fiddling around, I seemed to have fixed it. Not sure how, but it seems to be working.

I somehow ended up with two entries for "Meeting" in my Activity Types. How can I delete one of them?

This was a pretty useful field - especially if you're assigning the followup to someone else. Maybe you'll decide to put it back, but not require it to be filled in?

I’m confused. I watched the webinar on the Outlook plug-in, and it’s very clear that there is a field for follow-up comments. In fact, in the webinar, it is specifically stated and shown that you cannot select “Follow-up” and then not fill in the follow-up comments. Did this change in a later version after the ...

When I schedule a follow-up to an activity, I'm not seeing the field to enter follow-up comments. This is also true when Adding an Activity from Outlook - no field for follow-up comments. Any ideas what the problem could be?

I'm editing my existing opportunity stages on the New/Edit Opportunities screen. I'm setting a numeric value in the Stage Order field so that the stages will appear in the order I want them. But regardless of how I set the numeric, the Stages appear on the dropdown in alphabetical order. Any suggestions?

I just added a "Website Address" field to the New Lead screen. It's located right under the existing "Email" field. I also added a Picture object in front of it that takes the user to the website address.
