I just tried to process a mastercard through the method recieve payments page. Amex and Visa work fine. Any ideas of what the issue may be? Method support has authorized access to my Method account. Thanks.

Got it! Had to make adjustments in the settings, however, it still doesn't explain a string of errors and upon the 5th attempt, it functioned just fine.

Looks like the screen snippets didn't post. Nevermind on the errors, it just synced, gave me a list, but the subject area is blank and no appointments are listed in the calendar. Thanks.

I checked the gateway settings and the transaction key for some reason was a few characters short. I copied and pasted from the known working Visa gateway into the rest of the gateways but I still get the same result. Authorize.net says that no Amex payments have hit their system for my account which means that the payments are being rejected by the portal or not passing through at all. I doubt that it is in the Amex gateway settings as I copied and pasted the account info to keep from having errors when keying it in.

I had the same issue as soon as I set up the portal with the stock CustomerPortal screen. It pops up when you click to go to the ReceivePayments screen. It comes up immediately when the page loads. I can't log in with Firefox18. I can go to the website, enter my information, but the login button doesn't work. It works with the latest version of internet explorer, but certain screens and links in method cause IE to crash. I'm trying to fix other issues with method and I have to stop and reboot frequently. Any ideas?
