Yes, I tried this. I did put our formatted form back on our website after attempting this. Would you like me to put the Method generated form back up?

Ok, this relates to this post in that it is asking for help with our Web-To-Applicant form, however, I believe is a new issue. The form was working correctly for the most part, however, we needed to make some changes to it as well as some of the tables that it relates to so that we could create a custom report (an employment application to print ...

Thank you for the replies.
I have an Employment table that I originally created with the field 'Age 16'. I have since changed that to 'US Legal'. it is a simple check box for yes or no (actually a radio button on the website that provides the value into Method). My web-to-applicant form does not show that field anymore in the form ...

The same thing is happening with another web form we use for employee applications. This one returned this error.
"Your client had
encountered an error with web form Web-to-Applicant. This may be due to
incorrect setup of the web form. The error encountered was: It does not appear

Well the thing is I do not see a field called "OpportunityRef" in my Opportunity table or in my web form.

Hey Paul, we had a error on a WTL form that returned this in the email to us. Can you evaluate?
Your client had encountered an error with web
form Moxie Girl web-to-lead. This may be due to incorrect setup of the web
form. The error encountered was: 2012-Apr-06 02:26:34 PM could not be found as
a possible value for field ...

Paul,
Just asking this question again as the Web forms are not allowing it.
"The design of the Thank you page is not allowing me to put any information into the box. I have noticed this to come and go as well (sometimes does, sometimes doesn't)" Basically, I can't design a thank you email.
Any thoughts?
Thank you

I wasn't necessarily happy but Im not going to get stressed over something I can't control. :-) I just know I need to get this created and up on our site so I can move on with many other custom things we want to do.
That time is probably about the time I noticed it messed up. Like I said it has happened before. I have noticed it ...

Thanks, Paul. Moving on it. Hopefully after I go through all this work of creating the tables I need that when the Employee table is allowed to be changed by users that I can easily move these applicants into it (if they become employees) or easily take entries from applicant table and move them to the employee table checking them IsLeadStatus to ...

Yep, we have QBO. Thanks for the info. Seems like using QBO we are always on the trailing end. :-(
Anyway, i will do a work around, maybe info goes into the Team Member table for now. How will I know when things have been improved/updated so that I can start creating it the way I think we want it?
Thanks again.
