I found the place to filter the dropdown menu. I must have looked right at it a hundred times. Problem solved Thanks!

Thank you - this will probably work for this scenario. But, just in case for other times - is there a way to filter a dropdown similar to assigning a view on a screen load or something similar?

For this client/user - they think these are the only ones he will need. There is one other user (Admoin) who will have access to everything, but she will be working almost exclusively in QuickBooks at least for now. As far as others in the future - now, it is a no, but you know how that changes!
