When I log an activity via the outlook plug in, is there any way to log that incoming email and also hit a check box to send an email at the same time like with New Activities screen within Method itself? Essentially I want to log both the incoming email and the outgoing reply in one effort so I have documentation of both.

Also, Is it possible to use 2 different Web Forms at the same time?
And if so is it possible for one of them to Automatically reply to the inquirer with a portal username and password to log in and fill out some information?

What happens if someone fills out the Web Form that is already in my CRM? Will it create a new one and then I have a duplicate or would it recognize the name and log an activity under that contact/Lead?

I figured out the on grid editing however I still don't believe I am actually changing that field from the Contacts table itself.
