Naeem & Tech Team,
Thanks for all the time and hard work you all put into our post. I've walked myself through the process several times now and believe I'll be able to perfom the customization properly. Especially thanks to Naeem's exccellent step by step instructions. With the solution Naeem posted I'm positive we'll now ...

Fran,
Thanks for your repsonse. Our Vendors are Manufacturer Rep Firms who sell our products nationwide. There are more than one sale rep in each firm, currently we have 4 firms. We've entered each Rep Rirm as a Vendor in QB's. Once that done QB's only allows that one name or set of initials to be a ssles rep for that vendor. I CAN ...

Attached to each email was the contacts Outlook Contact VCF file (Business Card). How do I import or add these vcf files to ...

Yes Jason, that's the answer we were looking to hear. Friday afternoon I attempted to load the Outlook plug-in eager to get started. However everytime I started the process the install would stop unable to load the certificate. I'm using Win 7, I disabled the firewall. rebooted several times all with the same result. The installer starts ...

We're seriously looking at the Outlook plug-in but before we install there's a question we can't find an answer in your very detailed support information. Without the Outlook plug-in installed, when I click on a contacts email address to send an email this will open a new Outlook email window to compose and send the email. This is ...
