I believe the default timeout length in Method:Classic is 120mins - but as I mentioned we can change this value on our end :)
In Method:New - there is no Timeout length.

The Method Classic screen designer was originally developed some years ago now, when Screen Resolutions certainly weren't what they are today. The result of which is this occasional 'Ghosting' you see on modern Hi-res Monitors.

The Name field for Entities ( Customers / Vendors / Leads / Employees ) in Method and QB must be unique for it to be added. You'll need to make sure you make the name is unique before adding them into Method.

Hi there,
We removed this setting a few years back after the introduction of the universal MethodID. If you are finding the timeout length in your Classic account is too short, shoot me an email at Success@method.me and we can Extend the timeout length for your account / users manually.
