For anyone following this thread, the bug with MethodAPIActionSendToDesktopV2 for QuickBooks Desktop sync has been fixed. You should now be able to sync transactions real time with this endpoint.

'Name' is the field name in API for inserting values into 'Name in Quickbooks' and it is available for insert in Customer table.

Creating new contacts with the same Tag name works fine on our end and I dont see any duplicates being created. Also, just curious as to where you are seeing these duplicates? Is it possible that there is an extra space added somewhere in one of these "New Lead" tags?
