Wait a second, though.
Do I need to loop through a grid and retrieve from the Customer table? If so, should the grid be of unique ParentFullnames (ie. parent accounts only) to maximize efficiancy?
Would the logic then be:
Loop throught the grid of FullNames, with the grid filtered for parents only (ie. ParentFullName ...

"My hunch is that you're using Value from Row, which also won't work."
Correctamundo.
Thanks for your help!

I'm trying to enure all jobs (ie. subaccounts) have the same addresses as their parents and I thought a quick custom screen with a button should do it. But I'm having issues in getting it to work.
Let's deal with the BillAddressPostalCode field as an example. I'd like to:
Loop through the Customer table (or grid)

Quick note, I THINK that "CustFld1" was originally available in Method and I renamed it "StaffAccountStatus" to that changes to that field in QB or Method would cascade in both directions.

I need this clarification...this thread has gone on FAR too long and is immensely frustrating.
If I create a custom field in QB in the Customer detail interface/screen, WHERE does it show in Method? Does it have to have values to show up in Method? If it shows up, what name does it have? "CustFld1"? I mean, there are columns in the ...

I know that the following works for me:
There's a field in Method called "StaffAccountStatus". I created it first in Method only.
There's a custom field in QB that I then created. When I export the Customer table in QB the newly created field is in CustFld1
In the Method Customer table, the field that shows up is NOT ...

It's able to be done, I'm just unclear how to do it again.
Thanks

P.S. The Services user that I'm testing is set up in Method with its own email address as its default email. If I log in as admin and go to the Customize/Users screen, I can go into Services that this is the case. Other users use the default email (which I may need to change). However, right now I'm testing the Services user.

I will restate the scenario again with a bit more detal:
I'm logged in as "Nick", who has admin privileges
I create an activity and send an email, but change the "From" field from Nick@ABC.com to Services@ABC.com
The received email says it's from Services@ABC.com <Nick@ABC.com> on behalf of ...

We have an account called "Services" (ie services@ABC.com). In some situations emailing an activity and the logged-in user changes the "From" field from their own email to services@ABC.com, the recipient's email says it's from services@ABC.com <admin@ABC.com> on behalf of services@ABC.com
How do I get rid of the ...
