Windows 7 should be fine. There are no known bugs on Windows 7 yet. Report designer should work withour any issues on that. 

Yes, for classic this is a limitation. But if you want I can toggle the account to BOTH platforms and you can try the Web Report Designer.

Hi Sush, For the first part of your question, I am assuming the Pay Now button in Method and it takes the customer to Method Portal. Is Pay Now button in question here is from the Invoice Email template, when customer received that email?  -Inder
