Laura this is already being done. The appointments that appear in Outlook from Method are based on the username that is entered in the plug-in.

There's that API word again but I've got a thought that might make this an easy feature to add. Suppose there was an action set that was tied to the sync engine. Something like that must happen to generate the QB reports.

I am going to use Google Apps Sync because my company currently uses gmail and I want to sync gmail with Method???
Google apps sync will synchronize my gmail with Outlook, which will allow me to synchronize my email with Method???

How do I set a client so when I do invoices and they sync with QB , it will sync as a to be emailed?
In other words I use billing solutions from intuit, so some customers will need the invoice to be emailed, how do I do this???

If you are migrating your QuickBooks Desktop file to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, the short answer is anything in Method that doesn’t sync with QuickBooks will need to be migrated manually. Almost everything else will be synced from QBO.

Thanks for joining Method! To address your first question, the G/L accounts are native to Quickbooks and don't show up anywhere on Method.
As for your latter question, unfortunately there isn't any way to stop syncing certain customers to QB unfortunately, because the sync feature is such a critical part of the system. ...
