Hi pdirect, If you go to QuickBooks  > Synchronize you can set the time in which the Full Sync will be performed. Is QuickBooks open and the sync engine running at the time that is currently set for the full sync? -Michael

Do you have any unresolved conflicts in the account? It's also helpful to check which table the engine is getting caught on if you can watch the engine.

pdirect, The Method Outlook Add-in's sync is bidirectional but it is not an automatic sync like Method is with QuickBooks. You will have to click on the Synchronize button in Outlook anytime you want to synchronize appointments either to or from Method. -Michael

Hello Brett,    I have had similar question before.  We are constrained with what the Google Calendar gives us. It's the way developers could do it when they built the sync. We can put this in as a feature request for the Google Calendar but I don't know if it is possible for future development. Greg
