Hi Steve,
In step 1 of 6 in customizing a drop down, you can set the default value for it. You can also set the default filter to correspond to that, by editing the grid filter and changing the "default" use case.

Hi Marcelo,
Sorry for the late reply. You can take the date off of the fields. This is a setting in Method you'll have to change. You would need to go to each date/time field in the screen and make sure the "Show Date and Time" option is unchecked.
The message that the End Date should be later than the Start ...
