Has anyone been able to use the Credit Card Processing Action to process a refund successfully?

Thanks. Now is this built into a grid, or do you use the selection in the drop down to change the active record of the screen?

Update. I was able to fix this problem by deleting the controls from the layout and then re-adding them. Somehow the data binding got buggered, not sure how but they work now.

If I do this as a result of an action (say, emulating the Duplicate feature found in Quickbooks for a given transaction), and I have Method set to assign the Refnum numbers for these transactions when passing to QB, does Method still assign the Refnum?

I am having a problem with the Title field in the Contacts table. It does not appear to be saved when saving the sections in the Contact Edit screen for the main contact for the customer. It works fine for all the other contacts.

Thanks for the follow up. It is a filtering drop down. It allows us to change which year we are looking at and then see what the client spent that year. So, yes, we filter with this drop down.

There is actually a field in the Customer(lead) table labelled CreatedDate, this date is populated when you enter a new lead into Method and I believe this is what you are looking for. By default this field isn't available on the Edit/New Leads screen, however this field could be added to either of these screens ...
