    Hi sjk, There is actually a field in the Customer(lead) table labelled CreatedDate, this date is populated when you enter a new lead into Method and I believe this is what you are looking for. &nbsp;By default this field isn&#39;t&nbsp;available on the Edit/New Leads&nbsp;screen, however&nbsp;this field could be added to either of these screens ...

  • Next Activity not showing on customer screen

    The Next Activity is not updating on my Customer Screen. &nbsp;I checked the Activity types and they seem to be linked&nbsp;to the appropriate status. &nbsp;But it is still not updating. &nbsp;Could it be that I created a custom customer screen? &nbsp;If so, how do I correct, if not, what other possibilites are there?

    Hi Marcelo, Sorry for the late reply. &nbsp;The reason there are two places to enter a start and end date are due to the differences between creating the series and the individual occurrences. When you first create the work order, the Ddue date start and end dates are in reference to the original occurrence, as if it was a one time occurrence. ...
