In Quickbooks, when creating a receive payment, if amount-due does not match payment, an option is provided to keep this receive payment as underpayment or allow me to write off the extra amount.

Transactions (estimates, invoices, sales orders) deal with Customers. 'Customer' is a unique identifier between Method and Quickbooks. Is there a way to exit a form without saving? We have had problems with reps having sales orders or invoices open in method after they sync to QB. In order to exit they have to save. Sometimes, the form has been marked up in QB and the save process undoes the markup in QB. How can we avoid this issue?

To do this, I recommend filtering out all of the estimates with a status of "draft" from the grid on the ContactsPortal_Home screen. My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately you won't be able to link Work Orders to Vendor Bills since Vendor bills do not sync to QBO. This is why the Bill screen is hidden on a new Method for QBO account and also why you can't find the BillLineItem table in the tables list.
