Neil, It's not too many joins, as I was able to replicate it with only one more added join.  I've added this to the ticket.  When I hear back or find a work around I'll let you know. - Adam

Hi... Is there a way, in an email template, to change the format of the date and time when using the field Activity.DueDateStart? Currently, the format gives us Jun-30-2014 05:41 PM, but we'd like to change it to June 30, 5:41 PM. can anyone help? Many thanks, Gregg

Hi Bonnie, Hmm thats a strange one. When you merge a Customer in QuickBooks, the Assigned activities should merge together with the customer in Method. Running into an issue this evening.  Take Estimates for example.  I'd like to add the Customer first and last name, and email to my estimate.  I go to tabs/fields, add a linked field to the estimate for "Customer first name"...  When I do this, it crashes the estimate report, and I cannot access it from the report ...

Every once in a while I will have the same issues.  When it happens its about 2 hours lap time and I am using Gmail.  about 95% of time its never a issue.  John M
