Naeem - This drop down impacts the whole grid. When i'm viewing all customers in the customer tab, this drop down changes and sorts all accounts when i change the year classification. Sorry the images didn't come through. They were there when I dropped them in, but once I posted, they vanished.  -Steve

I need to forbid printing of all data in Method for all staff members. Is there a fast way to forbid printing for a specified role or I need to go through each screen and edit the print button permissions?

Hi Adam, Yes when I go into CRM , hit the Customer Tab, and use the Existing Customers and Contacts.  I click on the Go To for a Contact which is the main contact for the customer.  No title shows up in the Rep / Type / Title column.  It goes to the Edit screen.  I select the contact tab for this customer and the contact ...

Hi Stuart, Is this issue with the stock Edit Contact screen?  I just ran a test myself and the title saved for both the main contact and any other contacts without issue.
