Hi there,
We'd really love to be able to have our service guys be able to visit customers with an iPad or other tablet, while working create a Sales Order, and then be able to capture the customer's signature on the iPad as confirmation that they accept the work documented in the Sales Order before we leave their site and invoice ...

Hello JWS,
Instead of using the Shows field, you can use the ItemType field in your filter. If ItemType IS Discount would be used in your case.
This would be a good case for a Method Consultant. They can help you out with building custom reports. Also, we have Help Centre videos on the Report ...

mmcgrath - I am not sure it would be possible to use a linked field in the Customer Table for the Contacts Title, this would likely cause some issues (what if you have many Contacts tied to one Customer). Have you considered adding a custom field to your Customer Table, call it "Job Title"? Just note, with this method if you ...

Thanks Ben,
That's what I assumed. Is there a way to link the Title field so that it will show up on the New Lead Screen? Or is this not possible.
Thanks

Hey krp,
Sorry for the delayed response -- yes, you are right, RecordID fields are typically the ones that are linked. I might be misunderstanding your question, but most of the tables you mentioned (i.e "Customer") are views on the Entity table, so if you make a change on the entity table it'll automatically update on those ...

I'm trying to add Title to the contact information that is taken from a new lead. But when I try to customize the New Lead screen, I don't see the option to add the Contact Title field.

Philip,
There is also the HTML full screen view button. It is the icon that looks like a little blue screen in the top bar of the HTML editor.

I am trying to do a similar thing.
I want to exclude Discounts on the print version of a work order/sales order.
I am noting using the Yes/No. I simply want to exclude them.
Can you expound a bit on how to do this?

Hello Philip,
I can put in a feature request for the ability for a user to increase the visible typing area of an HTML editor object on a screen. I know scroll bars can be seen as a usability issue once you type over seven lines. If you ask a developer, I suspect they will tell you it is from a third-party and ...
