I start with [ <a href=http://maps.google.com/maps?q=" ] then append the address and the rest of the link. When I send an email containing the result of this character merge, it shows up as text. Hi Issam, What about the hyperlink didn't work?  The link itself or the URL?  If its the URL, try using the short URL option in Google Maps. Hello Stuart,     I would not recommend changing the DataExtDef table.  I don't know what it is for, but it may be there for processes unseen and you could, in essence, break your table and incur problems.  - Greg

I am trying to add Documents on the dealer portal that are sorted into folders and not just a document list, I thought this was achieved by the document library but this is always empty. The documents are stored into the relevant folders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok Stuart.... one last thought for you to try...Iknow how frustrating it can be to not e able to move forward... in report designer, try using the contacts table as yur master table and see what detail tables are avvailabe.. as Greg mentioned earlier tables with relationships should show......   Mahalo.....  

Fran, I agree which is why I asked if anyone knows what DataExrDef does as it does not have any fields in the table. Unfortunately, for a small business the $15 per month per user does become a nunmber to be concerned about. Stuart
