Hi CF_Pro,
Based on what you've said, there are other ways to achieve what you want. If you simply only want your sales reps to be able to view and edit their own customers, you can do this using shared records. There was a blog post awhile back that goes over how to set this up. You can find it here: Sharing Customers, Activities and ...

Fran,
Understood about the QB Tables and the Transaction Table being special.
I have played some more and am really comfortable with the approach I outlined. The only question is whether I have to move to Pro and the added monthly expense for just one table.
I have spent some time looking at some of the tables I am not using (like ...

But the Transaction table is a special QB table. it is different than the rest. And that is why I caution about mucking with it.

Cheers,

Hi Issam,
What exactly should be clickable? A physical street address?
Depending on what you need, there are some options available like hyperlinking or making an email clickable. This just depends on what you actually want to show when the address is clicked.

Hello,
On the add/edit Work Order screen, we have a text field that contains the job location and other comments. We send an email containing this information.
The address(job location) in the email shows up as text. Is there a way we can convert it so that it can be recognized as an address on browsers or email apps?
Thank you!
