    Hello sjk, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There is no way of converting a Customer to a Lead.&nbsp; Once they are customers, they are in QuickBooks.&nbsp; You will have to delete the customer in QuickBooks and Method and re-input them as Leads. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The easiest way is to export the customers who are to be leads and then ...

    Hi Stuart, Happy New Year.... Method is an awesome tool and great for the type of project you are embarking upon. You are on the right track using custom fields on your invoice lines. &nbsp;this way QB can get the data and you can report on it... &nbsp;But to bring in the othr attributes even from QB would require a custom reporting solution.. ...

    Just so I am sure to&nbsp;understand...it is because it is a mobile screen?&nbsp; When I update my sticky note field in the desktop screen, it works as expected and only future occurences receive the new series update&nbsp;but not in the mobile screen. &nbsp; I can probably come up with a way around it like updating just future occurances and ...

    Thanks Ben. Ive done that, and they do appear on the calendar view. But when creating the new&nbsp;work order,&nbsp;I click on the &quot;Assigned to&quot; dropdown, the other techs dont appear. I&#39;m trying to assign several techs to one work order. Am I doing something wrong?
