With the stock CRM system you cannot duplicate an estimate or quote. However, this is something that can be done through customization.

Is this through our stock Covert to Customer button? Something to try would be to go to Customize > Tables/Fields, and click Edit Fields on the Entity table. Then simply click Finish Editing Fields. This will regenerate the table your customers and leads are stored in.

Hello,
Portal users are set up to see one tab. In this tab group, you can define what a dealer views and accesses. You can make a custom screen to display documents or have a stock view with the documents grid on it, like the customer screen. Portal users will have the permissions to upload documents.
