We keep receiving an error when trying to insert a handful of items into a sales order through method. We currently have to go into QB and add these specific items before we can continue in method. I have looked at the names of the items and everything else I could think of to determine why we are receiving this error.

I guess I dont under stand it. I have read he mail merge link and it sound like all i have to do it put in customer.FirstName, Customer.Ballance and it should pull the info from the correct tables.

Both ideas make sense and are logical. However, I believe Adam's idea is more along the lines of which I was thinking so I'll give that one a shot first. Thanks so much guys -- I learn more and more about the great capabilities of Method every day!
