Hi Jessica,
Go to Customize > Screens and at the very buttom of the list of screens you should see a Copy / Import Screen button, this button will allow you to make copies of customized screens.

Hi Ramesh,
You can use the Method Import / Export Tool to import your leads into your customer list in Method. You can view a webinar HERE that might help. When importing your leads make sure that the field for IsLeadStatusOnly is True.

Hi,
If you log onto this users account on your computer does the same thing happen?
Does this happen across multiple browsers?
Has this always been happening or did this just start?

This came in from one of our users

Below is a screen shot of the login page for one of our

tabs that are visible under Field Service Center. xxxxxx is the only user that I
am aware of that is having this problem.
Any reason ...

Hi Blake,
Currently the only method of debugging in Method are the ones listed in the forum post you linked. I believe that Enable Debug tracing does work with loops. One additonal thing you could do is create an action result that stores that values that are generated at each row of the loop and just show them at the end of the loop.

Hi Sterve,
The Pop Up Screen: Has a Specified Record ID
Specify Record ID: Value from Screen
Invoices: RefNumber
This should actually refer to Invoices:RecordID.

Hi Birch,
You should be able to choose the RefNumber as a linked field. Are you not able to? After you add the RefNumber you should be able to add it as a column to your grid.

Hi Jessica,
What you would need to do is use the Amount column to store your
'amount after discount' and just use another column to store the amount before
discount. This way the subtotal will calculate correctly and be linked to the
correct QuickBooks field.
