• Re: screen load question

Hi swm023, If you edit the "Edit Opportunity" screen (create a copy of it first and replace the tabl ink), and you go edit the "Go Back" button's actions, you'll see that it decides what screen to go back to depending on where you were last. You can follow the same pattern if "If last screen is Opp List" then ...

• Re: Grid Hide/Show

Hi Francisco. I'm a little bit confused -- what do you mean by show/hiding an entire grid without placing it on a section? In general, the way that you would accomplish something like this is the action "Show/Hide Field/Object" which is find under the actions subcategory *SCREENS*. You can use that to hide individual fields of ...

• screen load question

I created 2 new screens that are basically copies of the Opportunities List Screen just with different filters for different information. • Re: Customer Signature on Forms?

H on Mei k.hahn, Unfortunately there's no way to really record a signature on Method when processing a work order, sales order or Invoice. Your best bet would be to create a document on Method containing the image of the signature and associate it with the customer (use the "Document Link" feature by clicking New Document Link ...

• Re: Billable time to Quickbooks Desktop

Hi Michael, I took another look at this and realized this is actually the way it is designed. The time tracking entries are held back until that portion of the contract is invoiced. For a more in depth explanation, please see this post: http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/2901/10895.aspx#10895 Hope this helps, Adam
• How I Ran My Hockey Pool in Method CRM

Every year I run a hockey playoff pool with some of my friends (yeah, yeah, we like hockey in Canada). As the amount of people in the pool grew each year, it became increasingly hard to hold a live draft. It was impossible to have everyone in the same place, at the same time (or even online at the same time)! Naturally, to address this ...
