Do you have a table also named EventType? If so, I'd also regenerate that table as well. If this doesn't solve the issue, feel free to email me the Method account name and enable MethodSupport on the account. I can take a look and see what the issue might be.

Another question. Everything indicated that I needed to delete this extra customer. So I did and I did full sync but not you can see the total balance due but the invoices that make up the total balance are not showing up on the customer transaction list like other invoices. Ok, I think I have figured out the workaround...I just need to make multiple fields, one per phone type, assuming, I guess, that each Entity has only one Mobile number, etc., like:
IsSMSMobile, IsSMSPhone, IsSMSAltPhone, etc.? And put these adjacent to the related field on my screens?

I have added a Drop Down Field to my Customer Screen called "Event Type". Everything seems to be fine in the edit screen. However, when I try to select that Drop Down in the actual Customer Screen, it gives me the following message:
