I don't know what you mean by adding my role to the tablink? I have all roles checked except for admin and accountant. It says I have the ability to do everything.

You'll either need to change your role to admin or add your role to the tablink in order to view it.

In Professiona Services, I have created activities, then I have recorded time against them, and have submitted and approved them. They are set to billable. At what point do they go to QB Desktop? Where in QB do they go? I need to bill them. I must be missing a step.

Thank you, Greg. Got this to work by adding BirthDate Camper to the customer table and screen.
Now if I could find a way to add fields to the Employees that don't try to sync with QBO, I'd be all set.
