Hi Marco, This is now resolved. Here's what you'll need to do (in order): Log in to Method Change your ExchangeRate in QuickBooks and sync The new value should sync over and be available for use within Method. Let me know if there's any issues with it. - Justin

Hi Mortaza, So there is no way turning back Customer to Leads except delete them and re-import? Is it available if I create fields that shows EntityType (Customer/Customer Leads) then change them to Customer Leads? So when the full sync occurs, the leads is not shown in QB. Please advise.

Hi andy,  The Amount and Total Amount fields are calculated behind the scenes so you cannot change it. Unfortunately, it must be this way to sync and match up with Quickbooks. Hope this helps! - Jason

Pamela worked with her method consultant, and it was discovered that her network traffic was blocking the method push. This can happen when networks are behind a firewall. You will still be able to sync, the only thing is that you will need to initiate those sync's manually

sorry forgot to reply to this one, i got it to work, one little snag i've found is it can be quite anoying that after i click optimize the route there isn't currently a backwards sync from the map so then i still have to manually re arange all the stops so the tech does them in the order from top to bottom.  if there's a way to ...
