Hi Jschoff,
Did you ever get your exchange email to work again?
Also, I was wondering, does the Method calendar sync with your email exchange? In other words, when you create a meeting type activity on the method calendar does it automatically appear on your email exchange calendar?

When I sync work orders to Outlook they come over, but there is no title on the appointnent created in Outlook - no details at all just the time blocked out as an appointment. Ideally, the title work be the Customer name and the "Job Name," and the work order instructions would be in the body of the Appointment.

Hi Everyone,
Craig opened a case with our support team, but I’ll post my answer here as well in case anyone is following this thread.
While you can merge customers in QBO, the API, which we use for sync, does not support this and therefore, Method has no way of knowing that a merge has occurred. This is detailed in solution No. 202 of ...
