Ok, I think I have figured out the workaround...I just need to make multiple fields, one per phone type, assuming, I guess, that each Entity has only one Mobile number, etc., like:
IsSMSMobile, IsSMSPhone, IsSMSAltPhone, etc.? And put these adjacent to the related field on my screens?

I have added a Drop Down Field to my Customer Screen called "Event Type". Everything seems to be fine in the edit screen. However, when I try to select that Drop Down in the actual Customer Screen, it gives me the following message:

If you've completed a full sync since installing the beta engine, you should see the new fields and tables. Could you enable MethodSupport and email me the company account? I can take a look and try to find them.

It looks like a near miss.
Here is why: In Entity, I see a bunch of fields, which are things/data attached to an "Entity".
The problem is that both AltPhone and Phone are in there, as well as any other custom phone fields there may be.
A single IsSMS field is not going to cover it, because the idea is to indicate ...

What you could do is to edit the CRM_Listbuilder screen and add the address fields to the grid on Step 2 of the Listbuilder. To edit the screen, create a copy of the CRM_Listbuilder screen then edit the copy. Once you are in the screen designer, you can edit the grid in Step 2:
